Gin That’s Smooth as Silk at H Clark Distillery

H Clark Distillery

You’ve heard the phrase, “don’t judge a book by it’s cover?” Well, H Clark Distillery may have you wondering when you drive up and see their small building. They may be small, but they are mighty.

“Our goal is not to make a lot of spirits. Our goal is to make a little bit, but make it really good.”

As you drink the contents of the bottle, the building becomes visible in the background

H Clark Distillery creates hand-crafted Tennessee Bourbon, Gin and Black & Tan Whiskey one batch at a time – one small batch at a time. I encourage you to stop in here and learn the history and visit with Heath Clark if he’s onsite as they have a very interesting story about how they came into being. Of course, the other staff can tell you the story too, but Heath lived it and was instrumental in getting the distillery legal. (He’s actually an attorney by trade – ask him where his office is located!) In August of 2014, H Clark Distillery became the first legal distillery in Williamson County in over 100 years.
