With summer comes festival season and 2022 is chock full of festivals all over the state. Check out the list below to see the July Festivals in the Bluegrass Region of Kentucky. This page is always being expanded as we get more information and find out about additional festivals in the area. Watch the website each month for upcoming festivals in each region. Where possible, we are linking to the specific website so you can see the latest information.

Bourbon County Fair, June 28 – July 3

A family fun event with rides, music, food and activities. Held at the Bourbon County Fairgrounds in Paris.

Berea Summer Craft Festival – July 8 – 10

Over 110 artists from 15 states will be on site with their work and providing demonstrations. 20+ artists are new to the festival. July 8, 9 and 10, 2022. Friday, Saturday 10am -6pm, and Sunday, 10am-5pm. INDIAN FORT THEATER– 3 MILES east from downtown Berea, 40 miles south of Lexington. Just off I-75, exits 76 & 77. Follow signs to Berea and the Festival! $6.00 Adults. $5.00 for Senior Citizens. Children under 12, FREE. Parking is free. Friendly dogs on a leash are always welcome!

Berea Festival of Learn Shops – July 15 – 24

Since the first Festival of Learnshops in 2011, the event has exploded from five days in July to seventeen with an amazing variety of classes. Participants select among classes that last from two hours to three days to pursue an interest in sustainable living, mosaics, playing the dulcimer, blacksmithing, creative writing, painting, Appalachian crafts, fiber arts, jewelry, glass, storytelling, theatre, instrument making, bonsai, woodworking, or professional learning for educators.

Keeneland Concours d’Elegance, July 17

A fabulous weekend full of exquisite vehicles held at the beautiful Keeneland Race Course. All proceeds from the weekend events support the Kentucky Children’s Hospital. Keeneland Race Course is located at 4201 Versailles Road in Lexington.

Crave Food & Music Festival, July 30-31

Crave Food Festival.  July Festivals in Kentucky

As Lexington’s biggest celebration of locally-crafted fare, food is at the epicenter of CRAVE. This festival is one of Lexington’s best ways to find your new favorite place to eat!

This year’s festival will feature around 40 food vendors – from fine dining to food trucks, hot chicken to award-winning confections. Each vendor will offer selections at $3 and $5 price points – that’s more than 150 tasty options!

Covington Festival of Note

Paradise Music and Beer Festival – July 10-11

Braxton Brewing Co hosts this free festival that is family friendly and appropriate for all ages. Musical acts range from national to local bands. Atmosphere is centered on music, food, beer and fun. For more information, check out the website.
