Perryville Battlefield Springfest – May 7
Springfest 2022 will be held May 7, 9 am to 5 pm. Springfest will highlight the importance of the Perryville Battlefield State Historic Site working together with the Kentucky Nature Preserve and how both can work together to preserve, educate, and interpret nature, such as bees, butterflies, wildflowers and native wildlife. CAFCA Cares Spring Festival – May 7

Derby showing, Cornhole Tournament, Food & Craft Vendors, Kids games, Raffles and More! Join CAFCA Cares in Harrodsburg for our annual fundraiser for Mental Health Care. Our 501(c)3 non-profit is on a mission to make mental health care accessible to those in our rural community. We provide food, shelter, and transportation to individuals working to meet their mental health treatment goals.
The festival will be held at 122 W. Lexington Street in Harrodsburg
Mayfest Arts Fair – May 7 – 8
This annual event is a juried arts festival that has over 100 booths, live music, kid’s activities, craft demonstrations as well as food and drink vendors. Held in Gratz Park. For more information on the festival visit downtownlex.com
Paris Storytelling Festival – May 14 – 15

The annual Paris Storytelling Festival is held in the beautiful and architecturally significant towns of Paris and Carlisle, Kentucky, surrounded by charming Bluegrass horse farms and historical culture. The festival is geared to the old and the new, bringing together counties steeped in tradition yet open to the youth of tomorrow. Stories, music, history and hospitality abound as the communities come together to celebrate and share their love of story.

Louisville Festival of Note
Forecastle Festival – May 27 – 29
This music festival has been in existence for 20 years. It’s a full weekend of local food, a range of musical styles and great vibes in Louisville’s Waterfront Park. Headliners in 2022 include Jack Harlow, Phoebe Bridgers and Porter Robinson. For more information visit, forecastlefest.com.
