Featuring LaRue County based, Cleav’s Family Market, Chef Cain will prepare to perfection mouthwatering cuts of meat paired with locally sourced sides accompanied by flagship flights from local breweries.
As the Chef Owner- Operator of Daughters’ Southern, Cain credits his father as a prominent influence on his culinary style. Centering alongside Kentucky raised farm product are the participants of the FoodChain Food Sector Training Program. Under their leadership, Chef Cain will receive support as the students receive real world, hands on training in Lexington’s bustling hospitality scene.
A portion of the proceeds from this 2 part series is designed to financially empower and support the participants of the FoodChain Food Sector Training Program.
